Sur le fond vert foncé
On the dark green
du laurier, la sittelle
background of the laurel tree,
bleue cisèle , croit-elle,
the blue nuthatch chisels,
un simple bout de bois
she thinks , a simple twig
alors qu'elle grave en moi
whereas she carves
